They were either the the FL catalog, or made with generators like FL Slayer and Sytrus.
Process
This one is actually the redo of a previous version. It had a preset guitar sample, tom drums instead of snares, and no cello. I took the same type of melody and redid it for this more complete version.
I based the entire thing around the guitar riff and the idea of having strings. The string pattern came as I went, and the keyboard was actually added halfway through. The intro came last.
Other Notes
This is actually my first real "work." I made a very basic instrumental about a month ago, but it only used some basic rhythms and had no real originality.
