Tools I Used

vdrums, flstudio 10.6 beta, sytrus, harmless, flstudio fx plugins, ts404, technics uc-30 organ, external controllers, darabuka, djembe, shakers, nuts, beer

Samples I Used

javolenus and admiral bobs fmc12 samples.

Original Samples

besides the percussion samples i used an organ, fl instruments, vdrums

Process

i edited my drum recordings and the previosly recorded percussion samples (cutted, sliced and pitched) and searched the fmc12 pells for additional vocals and javos great guitar recordings to find some filling material. then i experimented with synth and bass sounds. after that i added the beer sample. after tempo matching, cutting and glue-ing all parts together i created the "drop in" effect, which is a reversed crash and a glas breaking sample with normal crash cymbal sample provided by fl studio. these were mangled with il´s convolver through a "laughting" sample. the next step was to add eq, filter, reverb, compression and recording of some automation to volume and panning and the stutterng stuff. javolenus´s rhythm guitar was routed to two more channels which were panned extrem left and right, with slight reverb and different small delay times to fatten it up. finaly, i used il maximus as "make me almost loud" ;-) mastering limiter:
