This is the third in a set of three nature-sounds sample packs for the Music for Healing project. The first, rain and bells from Kauai, can be found HERE. The second, Bells and Birds is HERE.

These samples were just recorded in Southern California. The rain was at the San Ysidro Ranch — in the Poppy Cabin, on the porch of the beautiful old Adobe and in the courtyard near the copper rain-gutters. The fountain I sampled yesterday during a much needed rain storm - the fountain recycles water in our fish pond. The windchimes are also from our home in LA, recorded during the rain - the first on our front porch (a wedding gift from Brad Stanfield) and the second, a handmade windchime spinningmerkaba and I made in 2004 from all reclaimed materials. The fire was made by my hubby yesterday during the rainstorm and kept us warm all day (the wood was trimmed from our own pecan and avocado trees - yes, they are still fruiting!).

Like the other nature sample packs, the mp3 preview includes all of the samples, one after another in linear fashion. Each sound is available as separate download.
