Here’s the track for Chapter 9 of my cc serial ebook/concept album “Mirror Mirror”.
This is the end of part 1 of the novel.
Its been a while coming, but the story takes a major turn from this point forward and demanded a careful revision.
This chapter is really just a short bridge to the real crux of the plot, so it is brief acting as a device leading to the second part of the book.

Feel the wind
and taste the breeze
flying through the needles eye
wheeling by degrees

earth beneath
a soul to keep
Am I only dreaming this
flying in my sleep?

Now I see the world
through the eyes of eagle
feathers are unfurled
above a land
so dark and evil

freedom cant be earned
