They

They’ll tell you you’re weak but you’re strong
They’ll tell you you’re lost, but you’ve been home all along
They want you to stop, to give up the fight
They want you to hide there in safety at night
They say there are rules, they say there are ways
Give it all up, no more hope in this day
They want you to stop, that’s why you keep going
They want to stop you from growing and knowing
They think they can win, but it’s all a dream
They think they are smart, but they’re too naive

They exist, but they are not as strong as you
They breathe, but your heart is true
And this Is A message to all of you from me
Going through life questioning
because you can see
or feel surreptitiously differently, in fact
an illusion we’re not differentiated, Mack

They is You
And Me is Too

We all have hearts they need to be tended
and bodies and minds, respected to be ascended

So if the experts have failed you
no answer availed you
in a broken world
where awakening unfurls

Remember
That sound aching quaking, shaking
Is You
Your heart changing
Realizing
that even the border between
they and you
is breaking
