Steam (Close Up)

Steaming milk in a stainless steel pitcher, for a cappuccino, using a Saeco pump espresso machine. This file is a subset of of “Steam” (steam.wav/steam.mp3), derived by shortening and amplifying file0427.wav. This is about what it would sound like if you pressed your ear against the steaming pitcher; but I don’t recommend that. file0427.wav was recorded 6/16/2009 using an MAudio MicroTrack 24/96 digital audio recorder and Sony ECM-MS907 stereo microphone.
