Whichever change my life went through: the (evening)song of the blackbird is a very dear and constant aspect in my memories of sound. It makes me feel like i’m 5 years old again, and in bed while it’s still light outside, the older kids still playing outside and somewhere someone is lowing the mawn. Thanks CiggiBurns for making me do this by uploading her pel.
