I’m trying to upload an mp3 file but it’s not working…bitrate is 320, 5:43 long. Is there a max size for upload ?

There is 10 MB limit. You can safely reduce the bitrate. I personally recommend a Variable Bit Rate because the software nowadays (google winLAME) is particular good at figuring out what parts of your music need how much compression.
