Youtube, zimbalm and cdbaby

Hi, I have had a few issues with youtube when using ccmixter tracks. First youtube wouldent let me licence one of my vids with the cc licence becuase one of the tacks used (all from ccmixter) was licenced by zimbalm (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zimbalam). Today I got a similar email talking about music being licenced through CD baby, and saying the track may have adds tied to it now. You tube dosnt tell me which the song in question is - but its very frustating to find ccmixter music tied up in this way. It dosnt seem to be in the spirit of the comunity to me. Can anyone shead some light on this issue. Is this normal/common/acceptable etc.
