I’ve remixed a song and want to upload the stems, but need some clarification regarding the samples used in the remix.
The remix contains the a cappella downloaded from here, Bass, Organ, & Guitar which I played, and drums/percussion which came from a sample library I purchased.
Re the drums/perc samples, as I understand I have the right to use them in an original mix/composition and publish it. Would I be wrong to upload them here as stems, as they wouldn’t then be part of a composition?
Appologies if I should have picked this info up elsewhere on the site, but I’m new to remixing and find the legal stuff a bit confusing.

I think it’s certainly legal to upload, since you are the owner of the cd. But i can’t say yes, i’m not 100% sure!
