Ever hear of a band called “Saga”? A Canadian prog rock band.

This sounds like what they’d get if they replaced their singer with Warren Zevon. :)

Thanks. Sure, Saga’s “Worlds Apart” is still one of my favourite albums.

Man, that instrumental middle eight is fantastic! Everything cool. And the bass—wow, completely joyous! Love the sophisticated drum pattern and tight skin sounds. As usual you got a great and massive and cool vocal sound—many thanks for that. Yeah, extremely cool production and massive music skills. I was wondering where this song would go and this Jazzy vibe fits very well. Another big thank you for another tour de force!

Listened again—awesome bass, put me in mind of John Giblin and Danny Thompson. Superb and impressive—cheers Guv!

Javo through the genres. That’s what you could call the CD. More thumbs

Fantastic. You are a master. A prolific master at that. Love this arrangement — Javolenus’ voice has a lot of character and in this setting, the whole track reminds me of David Sylvian (who is among one of my favs). Bravo!

Great job on this. Love the vocal production. I started out with Javo’s original so I could appreciate the remix - so often I listen to remixes first which is unfair to both the original artist and the remixer because it obscures the gifts each brings to the table, imho.

In the first 20 seconds or so I thought of King Crimson - granted I have a somewhat limited collection of reference points compared to some in these parts (probably most, actually) but the syncopation and sound palette reminded me of those red and yellow record sleeves :-).
