Thanks Stefan, I’m really glad you like.

I have been programming drums since the old “Sequential Circuits Drumtraks” drum machine, but Billy Ray’s awesome drumtrack reminds me why a real drummer is often a better choice. Working with his track was very inspirational.I came up with the title/ hook one day while I was busting concrete with a chipping hammer during my part time day job.

Here is the video I just uploaded yesterday: http://youtu.be/g9kSOsIAwlM

Wow! Incredible guitar work… a real vintage sound which might have been a Jethro Tull hit in the 60s/70s. Thanks for including my bits!

Thank you so much robwalkerpoet! The Jethro Tull “Benefit” album was one of the first albums I ever owned as a kid. Wore out the grooves on that one. “Sossity You’re a Woman” has always been one of my favorite tracks. Yeah, since you mentioned it , I can hear Ian singing this song. I left a message on his cell yesterday but I’m still waiting for a reply.

Check out the video link above.

wow - what a great song, arrangement, production, vocal and guitar performances!

p.s. I bet some mixters would love to get their dirty little DAWs on some of those stems!

spinmeister rhymes with: Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! Yes, perhaps DAW is a four letter word! I’ll see what I can do.
