This is the most beautiful voice I’ve heard in a long while. Let’s hear some more of Daisy.

Please.

Thank you for your kind words. I’ll definitely pass along your comments to Daisy. We hope to have a new song up with her on lead vocals soon.

Yikes, almost forgot to comment and vote on this :) I loved the lyric and the performance, my only crit would be that the recordings were a little noisy.

In my remix I had to make sure there weren’t any exposed vocals because you could hear the mpeg noise, and as shockshadow rightly pointed out, my choice of effects had to be a little heavy handed.

Hi, thanks again….and my abject apologies for the noisiness of this recording. We’ve been trying to reduce ambient noise in my bedroo…oops studio… but it’s been an uphill battle. My computer hums really loudly, there is background traffic noise, the cats like to sing along and for some reason a FM broadcast is ghosting through microphone cord. Oh boy do I sound whiny and pathetic:(

In an effort to improve we’re thinking of building a mirophone in a box kind of padded contraption to see how that works. Hopefully it’ll improve our quality enough that I can convince the others to get over the embarassment of singing into a padded beer cooler:-) Then again maybe we can get Bud Lite to sponsor us?

Plaintive, sweet, imbued with an austere folk wisdom. this is a fine piece. The vocal reminds me a bit of Lisa Germano. Nice.
