(Tips: Oggs are fantastic, but if you upload an mp3 then a player will appear on this page and the song will get more listens. Here’s how- When you’re on the tracks page, on the left side in a gray box you’ll see “Manage Files”. Click that and then choose “Add a new file.” Upload the mp3- we recommend a 192 bit rate. Once it’s uploaded, drag the order so the mp3 is first and the player will show up. It’s also a good idea to add tags to your uploads. This can be done in the “Properties” section in the same gray box on the left side of the songs page. When people are on http://dig.ccmixter.org/ they’ll be more likely to find your track to use in projects- videos, etc. if it has appropriate tags. I hope that helps.)
