Nice. Looking forward to hear the finished piece. I hope that you will be able to control the noise, because it is always easier to work with a dry and clean pella.

Thanks for listening Subliminal. I’ll definitely put up a dry and clean version when done. I’m still writing the verses but needed to test run the chorus.

I agree with Sub to some extent. Dry and clean is usually the rule; But this version has an almost ghostly quality. I like it. If you do clean it up, I hope you’ll leave this one as an option.

Thanks J. Yes, I will leave this one as the effects are growing on me! I will have a go at recording a dry and clean version of the chorus, and as I mentioned above, I’m still writing the verses. The chorus melody just came out like that when I was practicing, so I hope it’s not a copy of an exisiting melody!

“I hope it’s not a copy of an existing melody” See my recent upload, “Optimistic” for my thoughts on that subject :)

Very nice! I don’t mind the effect. It gives me some “gramophone” feeling. Very inspiring, indeed.

Thanks Zapac. I’m beginning to like the effect as well. I tried so many different things to filter out or disguise the noise but nothing worked as well as this.I used Form-8 (default setting), Acoustica Reverb (Room Large), Acoustic Chorus (Thicker) - a combination I’ve never used before!
