The loop is actually the sample "L-02. Drm Groove-dry" from the original song. This sound was product of a lowsy looper/tempo modifier -effect with 22 semitone pitch shift and quarter note slice interval. (Then heavy overdrive, and that’s it.)

The same effect was used on the "L-12. Gtr riff", which can be found from 0:35 to 0:48, with exact 2 octave pitch shift (and no additional overdrive).
