An amazing piece of work, Dr. J. This has such a great feel & stylistic nods to everyone from Keeley Smith to Shirley Bassey. How you did it without pitch distortion is beyond me… . . +

Easy listening? Fabulous listening. I love the easy, breezy, jazzy flow to this setting that gives the song a whole new life. Love this style and the way you’ve used my vocal. This is magical, J. Thank you.

Sounds like what you might get if Genesis did acoustic jazz.

Wow. Incredible. I’m amazed by how fantastically Jack’s bass works here. WHOOP! I have decided that upright bass and Ciggi Burns vocals are one of the best combos ever. Damn.

Thanks, I swear I started with a uke and a completely different beat. I think I fell asleep at some point and ended up with jazz :)

Heads up, I put a new mix up. There’s was one part of the bass that was bothering me…not quite working with the chord structure. I replaced it with another part of the bass line…much better now : )
