maybe the major chords are anger, not happiness :-)

As usual, great remix - including a secret from the LS vault of production goodness. Thanks, that is a really neat idea and essentially can be applied to any sound, rather than just using “backwards” type sounds from one’s synths.

Oh yeah - the mix - what can I say - you keep setting the standard. As Mr. C points out, your work here almost feels less like “re-” and more like “mix” the way those songs were always meant to be.

It’s really fun to hear (and see via the commentary) the interaction between the two of you. I feel fortunate to catch this little glimpse of something very special.

Sincerely hoping this continues for a loooong time. /spin

Damn, Spin - you have this uncanny ability to make me blush.

Stop it!

Well there you go then there’s the basis for your next cut.
You mentioned you were heading towards a Songboy mix.

Nothing like a brief to get you going.

Just reading LS comment. So is it true? You are going to do a Songboy3 remix Spin?
You know that I would abandon any gifts for christmas, but please give us some tunes of FHCIII as soon as possible. Published remixes will be accepted till end of the year ;-).

Mr Shadow:

F*cking BRILLIANT! Man, if I knew you way back when, I might have never left DIORE! You would have definitely kept it interesting! LOL!

Damn. Damn. DAMN!

This is so slinky, so grimey, so menacing. You make the vocal performances sound kind of whacked and dangerous and it’s so perfect for this. It’s funny how simple things like tempo changes and filters can breathe new life into something.

You are THAT dude, my brother!!!

Now this has a terrific nice chill factor. If that sound in the back is that what you described on your comment, than its completely cool stuff.
Will try this formula soon, thanks for this advice!

I really dig this song. Its been on my ipod for about a week now. The track and vocals just go together so well. Its got such a smooth groove to it. Nice quick ending too. Top Marks Mr Loveshadow.
