Ken Cabal 83 Reviews	. permalink Sat, Jul 21, 2007 @ 3:38 PM This is a really up my street - the strong synth line helps to counterbalance the not-so-strong vocal. 2/5 of the way in an extra kick sounds a bit wooly to me. Not 100% about the detuned upper line at around 2/3 of the way through (sorry I’m listening with the flash player can’t give exact times) In general though the details you throw in really make your tracks stand out (to me at least).

I should have said that I’m not a big fan of soulful male vocals, but your arrangement makes it palatable for me - I guess I just don’t like male vocals being too much in the foreground. All personal taste. I’ll post back here on 2nd or 3rd listening - maybe the detuned noise will grow on me! have a nice weekend
