I used my Line6 Variax 600 Electric, with the sitar-"patch", run through a Focusrite Voicemaster Pro (set with just a little compressor). Recorded digitally (lightpipe, 24bit, 48kHz) into Cubase. My audio card is an RME HDSP9652.
I used them in my remix (Busy Back-Flow Sitarmix) of DJ Vladim's "Kill Kill Kill"
