New Ratings Policy

By popular demand: Ratings are now tied to reviews (again). So, you can not rate an upload until after you’ve reviewed it.

For now, this is how it works:

After you have submitted your review you’ll be taken to a page with all reviews on it (and yours at the bottom). Scroll to the top of the page and you’ll be able to rate.
