Has ccmixter powers that be ever considered setting up a shoutcast?

I set one up at the University I went to…lord knows there’s enough content here to have a fulltime shoutcast going. I’d gladly cut some promos for it. Just a thought.

a link from the home page to the radio page…and perhaps the heavy contributors can cut some promos for it…is the code pulling straight from the ‘tags’…Would it be too difficult to mix in a "ccmixter radio promo" every once in awhile or would that be too over the top?

shouldn’t be a problem but I’m out of gas tonight, shoot me some promos in private email or post some where (not ccmixter) and I’ll handle it tomorrow
