Changing license?

Hi,
I’m trying to change the license for this file: http://ccmixter.org/files/a... to attribution only. This is a less restrictive license and the file isn’t a remix, so my understanding is that I should be able to do that… but the option doesn’t seem to be there. Anyone got any ideas? |
