hi guys , i m new on this site….
in this week i downloaded some stuff , from different artist …
i used a guitar loop and 2 voice plus some piano note …i processed this sample and put all with other sound made by me…

the question is , i don t remember where i get the sample so i don t know about license …
what can i do now ?
can i upload my remix here or put my remix on myspace page ?

The one condition of the CC license which always applies is attribution. In other words, if you do not (can not) give credit to who you sampled then you do not have permission and you may not post it here or anywhere else.

Try to backtrack and see if you can remember which files you used. Sometimes repeating the same process you followed helps refresh the memory. :)

every download from here has the artist’s login name as the first part of the file:

artistname_-_samplename.ext

if you deleted it/them, check your recycle bin or download history in your browser, but do what you have to do. As teru said, you can’t upload the remix here or anywhere - even more than a legal issue - it’s a respect thing - these artists put their music into the Commons for you to use,
