Not giving credit in a video - is this okay?

I am a video producer looking to use instrumental music for home video tours that a Realtor can link to in their home listings on the MLS.

In order for me to create an MLS-compliant video I can not attribute anything to anyone within the video.

If I were to find and use an “attribution”-allowing song (meaning I can use the song for commercial use) would it be okay to not physically attribute the song to the artist?

this much I know: the CC license allows usage spelled out in the license itself.

Anything NOT in the license requires you to contact the artist to get a waiver.
