I’d just use Audacity and convert the flac to a wav (or mp3 if you need to).

Thanks for the suggestion unreal. Strangely, this didn’t work and the file sounded unusual. I’ll have another try as it has worked for me in the past. I was able to convert it with Foobar, but when I imported it to Acoustica Mixcraft to try mixing it, it wouldn’t play.

I just tried it ‘audacity in windows’ converted to wav OK

It converted OK but for some reason wouldn’t play in my mixer. I haven’t had that problem before.
I downloaded Freerip and that has worked. Thanks for trying it in Audacity.

I’m usually looking for things to remix about a week or so ahead so I’ll probably have a go at this next week. For me the tempo feels about 68bpm or 136 if you count it in eighths key is C# (or Db) until I write it out that’s all I know except it a very good song and seems to be well recorded.

If I remember right I tuned a half step down.So yes,,,you got it. sorry I forgot about that, a few of mine are tuned down.Don’t feel obligated..its all good.lol
