Must start by complimenting on your new hair.
The music? Your new project reminds me more and more of Bowie’s 70’s concept albums. Not neccesarily stylewise but conceptwise. This time, though, WillenWillem’s great guitars (working with them myself at the moment) really echoes Rebel Rebel era Bowie and his concept album Diamond Dogs. Then there’s the fact that your voice sometimes so much reminds me of Bowie around that era. I’ll stop refering to other artists from now on. Just had to do it once more. I think this is just fabulous. |

Thanks Per, the hairy avatar was temporary. Willem certainly has the sound happening. On reflection, I think Ive put to much reverb on the vocals and too much hairgrowth formula on my head. Your thoughts? I was trying to make it a bit dreamy, confined and distant but may have gone too far.

Agree with St. Paul on the Bowie sound-alike, which is a heck of a compliment if you ask me (ok, so nobody’s asking… heh). Actually I detect a little bit of Alice Cooper too, for the last chorus part of the track. Now that I’ve heard the track, here’s my verdict: . Your lyrics and vocals fit WillemWillem’s instrumental so nicely. I don’t have the courage to try singing a rock pell, so I’m going to let my guitar front it instead. p.s. downloading this track for keeps.

Very nice job on the remix. I like what you did with the vocals on this. Fits like a glove :)

A fine new tune and so most probably a fine new chapter to be read. I like what I have read so far. I am going to re-read it all when it is completed.
Not too sure about the hair though… |

A well crafted rocker! I like your transitions from WW’s structure to your own; and back again.

A scomber power-ballad. Cool! This is awesome! The acoustic cutaway reminds me of something I heard Queen do a few times.

Very good track, very good words. But are you actually turning into an alien? The girls in your fan club favour your romantic avatar. Silly cows. xxxx
