some nice smooth gospel-swing, bro. and Jim’s vocal is engaging and unforced (and pitch perfecto!).

I know it’s in style, but it’s well done and lovely, a lot of sinchopated rythms and double accents, and, yes, beautiful vocals.

Hey cool. I totally screwed up though…I put in BPM as 102 and it should have been 120. Maybe that will change things for you.

Thanks for the cool vox Jim. BPM didn’t matter though, I constructed the drums around your clicks (whatever the BPM was -it was regular) and the rest of the band followed. With my studio down when I uploaded, I guessed based on your info when it came time to filling in the BPM field. The funny thing is though, I think your vocals are so true and nicely shaped that in an open swing/jazz environment anything from 80-140 would have worked. Cheers man
