My favorite places are anywhere you see no one else for three hours (or days), so I really enjoyed this portrait of place. Excellent musical choice and interaction too.

the musical background is right in the sense that it actually evokes solitude and wide open spaces. In my opinion the shakuhachi could be a little more pushed in the mix,
with maybe a little panning right for the shakuhachi and a panning left for your voice or something like that… |

I’ve re-listened to it, Anandamine, but decided to leave it as it is. I don’t want the shak to sound like a solo instrument. I’m happy to leave it sounding like it was just a part of the beautiful original mix!
