Hi Ivan, Lovely spacey mix great development of remaxim remix - textures flowing through work very well

Thanks! It was a nice stem to begin with, all the way to yours. Will another guitar instrumental version be too much? Ok, rhetorical question there LOL

I’m convinced, I’m beautiful.

At first I didn’t get your reply until I realised you were referring to the lyrics! Heh. Actually i meant the “you” to be the night. Like, she’s singing to a personification of the night time. Or maybe a pun on ‘knight’. But never occurred to my slow brain that it could mean the listener LOL. Thanks for listening. I’m glad you are convinced too :)

Oh. Damn my ego. Re-listened with your perspective of singing to the night. Makes much more sense. I knew I wasn’t that beautiful. Really nice mix by the way, I neglected to mention that.

You jest, I’m sure. Surely, all the reviews to your music says a whole lot more :)

Very polished, great job. Amazing buildup! Cool end of the track

Thanks! I was wondering if I should adjust the vocals. They sound too overpowering on my MP3 player and didn’t fit the melody. Maybe I should just leave it. Thanks again for listening and commenting.

I like it!

The only thing is that it seems to have quite much dissonance in it, like the scales don’t fit or something. Still great work. Enjoyed the track :)

I know what you mean. I realised it depends on the playback quality, i.e. how loud you can hear the bass and the backing track. On one set of earphones that I use, the vocals sounded off key. Yet on another set and player, the bass line and the reverse loop managed to rein in the vocals. Not perfect, I realised after uploading.

Loverly

Extra points for working with the ToT’s echo, delay, reverb soaked vocal.

Thanks for the comment. You know, I’m partial to working with fully mixed tracks. One time I received a comment in ccM that fully mixed tracks have far fewer remixes, for good reason. Still, i thought it would be an interesting challenge.
