The voice is unrecognizable …. but this arrangement is good, and very well paced ….

I’ve got my comfy slippers on now, ready for a slow dance to this cool melancholia.

I vote this greatest new song title! Reminded me of when I worked in a record store back in the day when cassettes were still getting phased out. This little old lady said to me in a quivering voice…excuse me young man..do you have any James Brown. So I handed her the tape. She squinted hunched down looking closely at the tape, then she looks up at me and says…”but….is it reeeeaaal funky?”…lol

I’m so glad you picked up this weird one from me, rt. This is a smashing version - love that backing track. The whole mix really works for me. I might ditch the walking stick and go more American with what a friend of mine calls ‘fat-boy carts’ (those motorised things that are offered in supermarkets here). I want some granddads to dance with as well, please. Thanks for this ….

excellent stuff. modern & edgy, great B/T & guitar playing even if there are holes in the toes of the comfy slippers.

I have a beard but no talent.
Me aside, the music is perfect for the lyric. I’ve never heard Ciggi sing with more attitude and the acapella really needed a modern and edgy (as panu puts it) arrangement. Top work! |
