I like the chilled feel to this one, and your choice to go minimal when it might have been tempting to overload on effects. The placement of the vocal samples is quite good, but I’d rather hear more chilled ambience and less “found” vocals. I’d like to hear voice morphed more basso rather than merely higher.
The little keyboard lines are very good. You have a lot of good things going on here, and I’m glad you shared this with us. |

Thanks Gurdonark. I like to think of this as something to be listened to while not really paying attention, sort of in a drifting off mood (like a lot of my stuff). I know what you mean about the foundness aspect. I’ve come to the conclusion that when changes aren’t bringing any improvements, its time to quit editing, and make a decision to either upload or put it on the back burner. |
