Thanks for your review. As seen in your profile you are working with FL Studio and several vst synths, so am I.
For this track I used Vanguard (I like it’s oldschool touch) and Gladiator, vocal chopping was done with Fruity Slicer. Synth1 isn’t bad for beeing freeware.
I’ll have a closer look on your tracks later.

Oh vanguard I’m absolutly in love with that one, lately it’s allmost in every track. That gladiator looks like a hard beast to tame, is it?

To be honest I’m not that much into sound design. If a preset sounds nice, why not use it and just tune a few knobs to make it fit? You don’t have to reinvent the wheel each time. Though, the gladiator makes a quite ‘potent’ impression.

I like that description. Currently I have a partiality for those stuttering, whispering, gated vocals.

By the way, the kind of white noise hihat that starts at 0:31 was also done with your vocals.
