Here’s one way to accurately do the attribution: look for Lisa’s “Tigers” album in the “magnatune” part of the sample library, because “below” is on that album. You can “manage” the remix to easily make this change.
I thought that the Lisa a capella is also on this site, for easy attribution.

I like the electronica backing here, with its simple, minimal sound. It is a great sample in and of itself. It doesn’t quite fit with the voice, and I’m not positive why, but I think that the keys might be a mismatch. I really like the idea, though, of a gentle, light setting like this.
