i just have to say this and i hope other folks read it. the way Kara uploads her stems and the content of her source files is the best i’ve seen here at ccMixter. .wavs and .flacs both, and .midi files when she’s using them, treated and dry. that takes a lot of attention to detail and extra effort. wow. i’m going to try to be more like you in this way :) thanks for the inspiration.

Well that’s an odd couple that seems to get along well. I very much enjoyed their conversation. It feels like the uke is saying come on, there’s always hope and the tuba is saying well, ok, I guess.
In an odd coincidence I got a text today (obviously a wrong number, I don’t text or know anyone that would text me) that said ‘tuba ensemble at the farmers market, where are you?’ |

I like that - an odd couple. Somehow the sound of a tuba sounds right to me with a uke… same goes for the upright bass.
