beyond tongue n cheek…
funny
smart…
your lyrics are so good - dry and yet not cruel.
Not everyone can use the word Thesaurus in a lyric!

I’m glad(?) you could relate… :) Whenever I hear wonerfully written songs about heartbreak, as silly as it sounds, I feel somewhat envious. I just can’t write ‘em!

Big ol’ smile! Your voice has such a nice warm quality. I really enjoy listening. (By the way, I added the “NSFW” tag to reflect the naughty language.)

Yes, I know this one. Like when I watch a brilliant musician and know that its their fault I want to quit music after seeing their perfection. :)

Indeed… perfect example. In fact, I wrote the lyrics while listening to one such musician… do you know of Chris Pureka (specifically her album “Driving North”)?

Thank you! I am glad you found it uplifting (it is to me as well)… in many ways, it’s an ode love.
