Really cool chill track, but let me make some constructive criticism as I think this can get better:
* there are some intrument/sound balance problems; the beats are too upfront (or the rest of the instruments too low) — specially the hihat, which gets overwhelming in the long term
* adding some pads or background instrument may add “coherence” to the mix, as it sounds kind of bare as is
* you may work a little more on the beats and loops to break some monotone passages
* it seems to be no final production (mastering) at all; the sound is dark and mostly mono

The good points: nice general idea; good sample selection; great use of eq to fade percussion in and out.

Well, don’t take it that bad please! :) I know you can get better!! ;)
