It’s like an e-bow but it’s made by a small company called Merkaba electronics. I couldn’t resist getting one cuz of the name.
This recording is the first time I ever used it live, and I was amazed at how I could mimic whale calls with it. Straight to the amp (5w Bugera tube) with a little reverb. |

Ummm… this is awesome. Totally immersive soundscape with a water-worldly vibe. Rock on, band of whales!
