This is a challenging mix for me because I am so close to my own piece and in this, I didn’t “get” it until I stopped listening to myself and started listening to the whole thing and then…I like it. It’s got this surreal quality, and the part with the whispered poem (which I believe is being known as the “insect part” round here…) sounds so creepy and atmospheric I sort of wish it could go on forever. It’s amazing how simple delayed pianos just get me every time. Anyway, I guess that is the long way of saying
