this has this strange zappa-like quality to it, without the ripping guitars of course. you do a pretty good job synching the vocals up and the mix sounds good too. if anything, i kept hoping for some kind of instrumental bust out, either with the piano or some sweeping kind of string thing, to break up the vocals, but still a very solid effort ducky. :)

Well, I am a Zappa fan- must’ve leaked through unconsciously(?)
I thought about trying to fancy things up a bit, but sometimes that ends up losing what makes an arrangement a decent idea in the first place, so I just decided to keep things very simple. Thanks for the kind (and FAST) words! |

You have found a brilliant chord solution to what appears to be a simple vocal but in fact is quite complex.
The fact that there were a ton of FX over the original does not detract from a great pop result. Very Well done. |

Now that_s great!
Really super nice chord progression with a fine, not overdone, arrangement. And yes, there is a Zappa factor in here ;-)(what is a good thing for me!) |

Hey Duckett… I like this more than I should.. Its on its 3rd loop already. Popping this one in my ccMixter iTunes list. I’m trying to pin point what exactly I like about this… It just seems to result in being greater than the sum of its parts… I’ll sleep on it and call a conference call in the mornig with my team and get to the bottom of this! :o) = Nice job.
