Excellent piece of work CAG.
Has a Vangelis feel about it. The few bars before the bit crunch beat seem to get a bit messy and possibly something more bare would work to really give that Beat an impact when it drops, but thats just my little bit.

Ah yes, Blade Runner is a classic, and a movie I deeply respect. I wasn’t thinking Vangelis when I was making, but I definitely see the analogy there.
After repeated listenings, I started to like the beat dropping in such a strange spot, but then again, I had to have listened to it a lot (haw, I made it :P), so I’m probably biased. Nice to see another point of view on that. Each to their own, I guess, but you still might be right.
Cheers!

this is creative and spooky and certainly as far from the sort of traditional ballad structure from which it was first conceived; the very kind of things I was hoping to hear when I uploaded the pella. Thanks for a nice treatment.

Nice work. It’s frames the vocals well and has a great spooky feel. I really like it when the “crunchy” percussion comes in.

Deep emotion? I thought it was pretty shallow :P.
Thanks for the feedback.
