An interesting interplay between the “een mooie dag” and the “day unlike any other” instrumentation. I really like the clarinet.

This reminds me of the beginning of “Flaming” (Syd Barrett-era Pink Floyd), also the movie “Brazil”, for some reason… nothing wrong with a little envelope-pushing! Sonically adventurous, indeed.
