I’m happy you liked this. I’m not one who can easily take diverse stems and produce them in such a way as you and others can, but the reward is in the trying, and receiving wonderful comments.

I was going to write something in my comment about how happy I was to see you using more ccMixter stems and less (or no) prefabs.

It is encouraging, for sure. I love listening to mixes like this from others, and I’ve done some in a similar vein, though with added prefab loops, as you’ve pointed out.

I usually have no problems fitting tempo to diverse stems, even when it isn’t listed.

My generally discouraging problems begins with fitting key, which is sometimes very hard for me because I’m slightly tone deaf, so therefore I end up giving up. Even with the vocals sometimes.

That’s why I’m hoping key, and not just bpm, becomes a requirement, for stem uploads in the future.

I’m glad you brought this up, because I am trying to incorporate new things into my arrangements, but every once in awhile I like the reminder to keep trying.
