The slight detuning effect on the vocal as well as the insistent electro beat gives this kind of a nervous quality. I like it.

Just as an idea to make the track longer, you could cut Snowflake’s vocals up into phrases and insert silent space between them. Have a listen to Underworld’s “juanita/kiteless/to dream …” from “Second Toughest in the Infants” to get an example of how it’s OK to keep an idea evolving for 16 minutes. :)
