DAMN! That beat is hot, really dig the way it was structured, the way you would add, subtract elements and just the way you layered sounds.
I think the Sunbyrn verse was synched up better than my verse though. I wish you put in a good unifying chorus/hook or some sound structure that made a hook. My verse was synched OK, I just don’t think it flowed well enough alongside the beat, it didn’t ride the verse well for lyrical impact, small matter tho, if you tinker more with it, I think you will get a feel for it. But dammit, that beat is hotness! That intro is McButters! |

Well I didn’t really have anything chorus or hook-like on hand and there wasn’t anything on ccMixter short enough to use.
For a while I considered recording one myself….then I thought “No…no.” Thanks for the review all the same Glad you liked it. I may go back and tinker with it soon. This marks a first in my book that anyone has ever used the phrase “McButters” at me. I hope that catches on. |
