I am loving this, the production flows beautifully with the vocal sound.
I am wondering if the vocal would work better with the vocal on the down beat with the snare. If you could post the backing i could have a go at it. Thanks for the mix very Talk Talk :-) |

Glad you like this version! I have to admit that i did not listen to the original yet. The instrumental is on my server sir.

Perfect low end treatment, I guess you have some good listening environment, monitors, master equalizer (and ears!).
I don’t agree with Loveshadow this time, the track is all about the different accent that the vocals get when they’re put to another beat. For instance in the “rock the cradle” sentence this works excellent. In the “wonder if” sentence I still prefer the orginal Loveshadow track, but perhaps this is because I listened so many times that I got used to it. Good track anyhow fc |

If you could see my setup, you would laugh :) The monitors are HS80m with sub .. i dont know them very good and the room is awfull here. I hate mixing because it is ‘guessing’ to me. But i am very happy that you note the low end.
I should definitly listen to the original now. |
