Now this is just bloody terrific songwriting. There’s so many nods to the past in here - but tied together in a style that is all yours.

What I loved: chord progressions, counter melodies, production.

What I didn’t love: not a damn thing.

You’ve turned the simple progression inside out and given it some sophistication - A Pygmalion to this flower-girl of a song.

Love hearing your voice backing me up. I’ve sung so many back-up vocals for others it’s a huge rush to hear that someone has actually lent their voice to enhance mine.

And “enhance” is just too mild a word for what you’ve done with the song and the pella. This is beautiful. Panu Moon is right. First cut, then bring on the pole dancers ;-)

Gorgeous harmonization! Wow, wow, wow! Everything is so well placed —- harmony vocals, strings, and I just love tinkly bells so much.
