Reminds me a lot of Dead Can Dance. Like the combination of ambient, folk, bagpipe, and ethnic rhythms. Rocking out at the end rather than staying ambient gives it power, too.

When I set the vocal effects I really had Mr. Perry in mind. Also I tried to make it sound a bit like Afro Celt Sound System.
Thanks for your review - very much appreciated.

I love everything about this mix - Jav’s vocal, the multi-textured backing track, the atmosphere you both create together. For me, your music absolutely captures the mysterious mists, the wildness and the strength of Celtic landscapes and the Celts themselves. Beautifully, beautifully done, Key.

I really like this. It’s interesting that the more contemporary percussion added to the traditional (almost medieval) folk elements makes it kind of timeless.

Apologies—don’t know how I missed this. But it’s wonderful!
