Well this was an unexpected way of taking this pella. I like it a lot because the backing track is strangely reminiscent of Grace Jones’ “La vie en rose” another song in French sung by a non-french person. It’s a perfect track for an afternoon cocktail.

Nice bossa take on it Key bro…reminded me initially of the excellent feel created by the wonderful standard The Girl From Ipanema as originally done by Astrud Gilberto and Stan Getz

Any chance you can upload a bassless version - for educational purposes? ;) |

This is a ton of fun. Catchy. Head-boppy. I love hearing timberman in this setting… his calm, cool voice makes for a delightful combo with your backing track. The sax works well, too. Love all the fx choices, as well.

An excellent take on timberman’s excellent song. (And samples too, thanks for that.)

Irresistible! Timberman’s quite melancholy vocal sounds great in this fruity and delicious mix. Love it.
