Hi and many thanks indeed for this. And thanks, too, for a great drum track. I can honestly say that this track just “happened”. I heard the first bar of your drum track and knew straightaway that it was cool. I just plugged in and off we went! Normally I’d record several solos and then edit the best bits together, but in this case I wanted to create the idea of a band running through a spontaneous soundcheck. I even toyed with the idea of adding ambient noises/voices etc. As for the level of the guitar in the mix, you’re probably right—I mixed this in the cans, as it was the middle of the night and I didn’t want to disturb the neighbours (I know, very “Rock n Roll”!). But I had a lot of fun experimenting with signal processing for your drum track—may revisit this another time. Thanks again!
